"She Wants a Man, Not a Boy"

You asked her if she wanted to grab coffee. Then you asked if the time worked. Then you asked if the place was okay. Then you asked if she'd prefer tea.

Four questions. Four chances for her to say no. Four signals that you're terrified of making a decision.

Plan it. Pick the place. Pick the time. Tell her where to meet you. She'll either show up or she won't.

Either way, you look like a man instead of a scared little boy.

I am going to purchase a machine so I can do cardio during the winter.

I always run the track in the summer, but it is too cold for me to do that during the winter..

I was thinking of buying an elliptical. What can you guys tell me about ellipticals? I get bored of treadmills and they hurt my shins...

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

they're friendlier on your knees & shins.

they're just as easy to get bored on... and an expensive waste of space if you do.

make sure you try before you buy -- different brands have very different feels. my brother hates the efx style machines i got used to in college, and i find his nautilus awkward. find one that works for you, or you'll never use it.

I used to get bored on the treadmills and ellipticals but now I realized that they are the key to getting where I want to be. Now that I know this I push myself when I'm on either and I'm never bored! Just set it up enough so you can push yourself hard enough and you won't get bored. By the way I also noticed that listening to my mp3 player helped to get rid of the boring aspect of cardio,Rob Zombie all the way! Good Luck!
