You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

So I have an extremely skinny frame and I'm a fat girl magnet. I'm hesitant to do any cardio at all because I really don't want to stay as a skinny fat girl magnet. Do you guys think I should do a little bit of cardio or stay away from it in general until I lose my skinny frame?

Do sprints 1-2 twice a week(will help build up legs)....if you're moving along at a good pace in your weight training you should be fine also.

You probably burn more cals then a squirrel...so just make sure you keep protein very high talking at least 1.5 to 2 grams X BW

Define "really really skinny" with some numbers.

I think that most people should do some measure of cardio just for health reasons, but make sure that you are eating enough to make up for the calories you are burning, so that you can bulk up.

I don't think it is a good idea to completley remove cardio, it has many benefits.

However you don't need to be knocking your pan in every day to see those benefits. There's no way you should be going for runs or whatever.

Something like going for a brisk walk for 30 minutes, 3 times a week is perfect. This should actually improve recovery and help you gain.

Getting your heart rate in the 130-150 range is the aim. You should be comfortable whilst doing it and feel fine afterwards.

This will not be a problem, as you will be stuffing down even more beef and eggs to compensate.

That's my two cents anyway,

NEVER STOP DOING CARDIO !!! Just substitute typical commercial gym cardio like treadmill, elliptical, bike stuff for Conditioning Work.

Here are some examples of what I use for my clients and athletes as well as myself

Sandbag Training

Sled Work

Sandbags are cheap to make no more than 30 bucks, and they are one of the best conditioning tools you could ever use.

YOu can find an old tire at ANY automotive shop and get tires for free. All you need to to do is strap some rope or any kind of sled straps and you have another excellent conditioning tool.

If you give up cardio you wont make muscular size and strength gains as fast as if you did some type of GPP work on your off days.

Completely agree with the previous posts. I'm skinny too (5'11" 150lbs) from cycling and running and I can tell you from experience that unless you cut down massively on the cardio you'll find it very difficult or impossible to gain weight.
