"She Liked You in March. It's October Now."

Attraction runs on a clock.

She flirted for weeks. Touched your arm. Found reasons to be alone with you. And you were careful. Respectful. Waiting for the right moment.

The moment had a shelf life. It expired around month two, and by the time you asked her out, she'd quietly filed you under "little brother."

One of the hardest lessons inside the 22 Rules: women rarely wait. Interest either grows or it decays, and nothing decays it faster than a man who never moves.

Make the move while she's still inventing reasons to be near you.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

Well, I can type correctly, I was just feeling a bit lazy. Which is also why I'm so fat. I need to lose at least 60 pounds, but for now I'm aiming for 30.

And also, I do run 3-5 times a week. It just gets so boring sometimes, even with the music, that I want to give it up. And being so out of shape/fat, I can't even run that fast or that long. Basically, I lack motivation... 'Cause even though I've lost 15 pounds so far, even THAT is not enough motivation for me.

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

.... Just run. Just do it. It's the best and the only advice you'll need as for your case.

Running will only get EASIER and EASIER!! TRUST ME!! At first it is fukcing hard, but as you loose weight, you will be lighter on your feet, and it will become MUCH MUCH easier. Your legs will strenthen, and your lungs will cope easier with the runs.

Cut down on the Carbs, eat none after lunch. You can eat a LITTLE chocolate a day, but keep off the junk.

Do this for a few months, that is all it takes, if you dont have motivation, use WILL POWER!!! IT is a VERY powerful source!! Once you do this, you will be happier than ever before. U will totally transform if you loose enough weight to get you down to "normal". Good luck, stick with it, and watch your life change. Dont be lazy just because you cant control yourself, your mind is your most powerful weapon!

Running is immensely boring. Try rollerblading instead - spend 100ish on a pair from eBay - get a size smaller than your shoe size. It gives you the same benefits as running while not jarring your muscles so much. Since you said you're overweight, this will be especially helpful. At my peak (since, I've been working too much to work out fanatically as I once did) I was skating 4 hours a day. Every day. Fat got shredded.
