6am. djbr wakes up. It's cardio time!!!!

He steps out the door.. DAMN IT'S COLD LIKE HELL!!! So what? Let's run!!!

The cold wind catches his face... he is frozen. Cardio ended.

What are your tips to do cardio on a COLD morning? I mean, when you feel your face like ICE? I managed to finish, but is there any kind of special wear or something to go sporting outdoors on a cold day?

get some under armor.. It will keep you relativelly warm.. just dress warmly but dont sweat too much because they will lead you into getting a fever and just getting sick. So bee careful dress lightly but stay warm. NOT HOT. I would just suggest going to a gym and doing cardio there until it warms up lil bit.

What I do is wear a hoodie with a thighish hood (so it keeps you walm and stays on) but have the body and arms abit baggy for ventilation so your not overheating. Then depending on how cold it is, i'll wear eathier tight shorts, no hot pants mate lol, or light loose trousers but I only ware trousers on the very very coldest days.
And I might walm myself up abit before I go outside. I dont know how cold it is where you live but, if you walm yourself up inside you'll be able to brace the cold much much easier.

And as for special clothing, professionals ware that neoprene stuff, looks alot like a wet suit.
