I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

which is the best, pre or post lifting. im doing it before, but i heard its better in the morning and after you do you lifting workout.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

I think they're both bad. Basically you're depleting your glycogen levels for the activity you do second. If you want to get the best out of both workouts, leave 8 hrs in between so you can push yourself hard for both.

You can walk a bit after lifting but before you take in your protein shake otherwise the insulin spike will kill any fat loss.

I've always learned to do cardio on an empty stomach early in the day, and leave at least 4 - 5 hours till I lift later that day. Your body burns the most fat on an empty stomach.

You also don't want to do a large cardio session right after lifting when your muscles are craving much nutrients that they will not recieve. Worse come to worse, do cardio before lifting and sip on protein during it. Then go into your lifting session and make sure to consume protein thereafter.
