Everyone keeps pushing the low carbs diet on here. So should I not eat sandwiches because that is my main packed lunch meal because I don't got too many other options. Bread has carbs in it. An apple has 30 carbs in it shold i not eat those either. How many carbs can I have?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

nonsense... the insulin response to wheat bread is the same as white bread. the sheer volume of starch overwhelms whatever fiber is present.

bud>> as with everything else it depends on your goals. cutting carbs is appropriate for anyone trying to lose bodyfat, but it needs to be part of an overall plan of eating, not just "to sandwich or not to sandwich"
