Car Radio Presets

Anyone know how to change these? I hate the stations they're on and it has like one station for each genre by default and I don't like to listen to all genres.

Btw, this isn't my car. It's my dad's but I got a permit and am going to be driving it soon.

in general, find the new station u like, and hold down a preset button, it should beep and then next time u push that button it'll give the new station.
