Why "Whatever You Want" Keeps You Single

She says the movie looks dumb; you suddenly agree. She tests you with a little attitude; you apologize for nothing.

You think you're being easy to get along with. She reads something else entirely: a man with no edges. Nothing to hold on to. No friction, no tension, no reason to wonder what he really thinks.

The "22 Rules" taught me to push back — playfully, calmly, without needing her approval. Strange things happened after that.

When i squat, i cant bend my knees enough so i can fully execute the squat. This is due to the fact that when i go to squat my tibialis anterior really burns and prevents me from moving and further downwards towards the floor. Can someone help me?

Thanks in advance.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

is your form right? Feet shoulder width, toes pointed 30 degress to outside, chest out, head straight?

Hmmm sounds like it could be a stiffness/tightness issue. You may want to consider stretching it, perhaps Stronglifts has some advice on a suitable stretch.
Just a suggestion, good luck...

Yeah, im using the right form. And it may be due to tightness as I've got very tight hamstrings, maybe the other parts of my legs are tight too :(.

It sounds to me like your weight is coming too far foward (towards the front of your feet) if you are getting a burning sensation in your tib. anterior. Make sure to keep your butt down with weight going through your heels when you squat.

A good exercise to test your form is to place a chair behind you that is low enough so that your legs break 90 degrees when you squat. Your goal should be to keep your back straight and sit in the chair and then press back up. I suggest trying with lighter weight than usual.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.

Some tips:
-start with an empty barbell, let your body get used to squatting deep
-focus on your squat technique. Knees out, heels on the floor, no bouncing at bottom.
-stretch your hamstring: back straight, butt back, bend over, try to touch your toes
-stretch your ankles: stand on steps, heels of the steps, let it stretch
-both stretches for 3x20sec 4times a week.

Good luck.

I second the chair idea, my instructor taught me how to squat with a chair metaphor.
