Cant find dextrose, aka Corn Sugar anywhere?

So i went to the bulk foods store, i couldnt find anthing called 'corn sugar'. I found corn-meal, is that the same stuff? What does it look like?

BTW, for the canadians,i was lookin at SAVE-ON-FOODS... Do they have it at safeway, or Superstore (canuckers would know what im talkin bout)?

Hey guys, is dextrose ok to eat when cutting? How much should you use post-workout, and are you supposed to have it any other time?
