Cant buy ebooks with paypal

Im trying to buy The Player's BlackBook using Paypal.

I enter in all my details (except credit card details) but when i press "click once to pay now" "NS" appears next to the postcode (Im from Australia) and nothing else happens. Whats the problem?

edit: when i click on "Or click HERE to pay by PayPal" nothing happens
