Okay, I am 24 and in good health. No issues with my genitalia or anything.

Here is my deal, I have NEVER been able to achieve an orgasm while receiving a BJ. Like I've been sexually active for about 6 years now, and have never been able to orgasm from oral. I have gotten head from about 20 girls over the years, and I've never been able to.

I've never had trouble orgasming when I am masturbating or even from sex itself. But when a girl wants to make me orgasm from just a BJ I can't. And its not that I'm not capable I don't think, I think its a mental thing because when I first started having sex I wanted to hold out and go a long time.

Some girls I've been with think its them and it would be nice to not have to masturbate and then ejac in her mouth..

Doc, it is most definitely a mental issue. You have amental barrier still up which prevents you from subconsciously relaxing and enjoying and letting go.
You may need to replace that old pattern with something new.

Hey I have this problem & what worked for me was that I didn't jack off or ejaculate for 5-6 days then by the time I was with my woman I was really horny and was finally able to blow in her mouth. Also what worked was she ways lying on her back while I face ****ed her (which meant I was able to control the pace - if she controls she always gets me to the edge then changes up the pace or something that keeps me from going over).
