In Canada, journalists of the right are starting to spin this news:

The transport minister of the Liberal governement of Canada has authorized people of the Sikh religion to carry their Kirpan during plane fight and travel.

Now, in the British Empire, Sikh have more rights than any religion for their support to the British Crown in controlling India, British Africa and raising armies of volunter during World War 1 and World War 2. These priviledges include using a motorcycle without a helmet.

In 2006, they were allowed to go to school with their Kirpan

In 2017, they would be allowed to carry their Kirpan in airports and plane flights

What's a Kirpan? It's a ceremonial knife... a knife.. to honor their religious leaders and god. It's also cultural because when traveling far distance, you might need to bleed your animal or eat animals to survivre... it's something that is also present in african nomadic tribes and arabs tribes.

A kirpan is a knife... it can be a blade of wood or metal... it's also can be ''uncut''... a dull steel blade that wouldn't cut.

Most sikh per respect of our civil laws actually don't wear them in public (even the new Social party leader of Canada who is Sikh does not wear a kirpan).

Nonetheless... In Canada... Sikh can carry a knife style item on their belt in public or airport.. while normal citizens can not bring water bottle, sun cream, dental stuff in the plane.

Canada is also the first country to allow burka women to gain citizenship without revealing their face (the same woman had been rejected in Australia 7 years prior)

How do you think other countries will react to that? Especially the USA or Middle-East... who basically check EVERYONE

If you currently have too many women chasing you, calling you, harassing you, knocking on your door at 2 o'clock in the morning... then I have the simple solution for you.

I would like the religious right to carry a rifle in case I get hungry for a deer.

Seriously, Canada is going to end up with a lot of problems in the next few years. Too many immigrants, too many laws that protect muslims, and too many violent leftists who are adamant that their way is the only correct way. Lets not forget the Carbon Tax that is going to ruin businesses, raise prices and force borderline households into poverty.

Again, I moved to the country because of all this.
