Can you get lots of action just by approaching tons of girls?

I just moved downtown a couple months ago, and now the weather is getting nice and the girls are out in droves wearing short clothing and slutty outfits. It's pretty nice I must admit. As someone who has stepped outside the box a bit the past year, actually asking out girls instead of relying on POF, friends of friends, and FB...I feel like it's a good opportunity.

So in theory, say during my daily errands 4x/week I approach 5 girls per outing. That's 20 girls per week. An average guy like me...let's say I get a number from 1/5 of them, figuring conservatively. That's 4 numbers a week and 16 per month. You add in a few girls here and there from online dating, and wouldn't you have a huge rotation of girls to choose from? Are any guys doing this or is this sort of a pipe dream/wishful thinking?

Girls that dress like that are looking to be hit on. 1/5 is conservative. Almost any girl will give you their number if they think your cool. Doesnt mean they follow up. Street pickups is a numbers game if you have the energy to chat up 20 girls a week you will definitely get some home.

My advice, why not cut the BS and try taking one on a day the second you meet her. This works for me if your getting IOI, why wait till later so she can flake?

But with more experience, I recommend that you eventually do less approaches and rely more on your gut instinct.

After a while, you'll be able to "feel" or "sense" which girls are likely to be responsive to you before you approach them. Then your game will become even more efficient.

I'm not taking about IOIs, but this feeling that you and a given girl are likely to "click." It's not foolproof or 100%, but it can eventually help you avoid large numbers of unnecessary rejections.

But for now, approach away and do what you gotta do.

For sure, I wasn't suggesting that approaching every attractive girl between the ages of 18-35 was most efficient, but rather a "worst case scenario". For instance, if you have minimal game and don't preselect your approaches well you should be able to get at least 1/5 numbers.

My track record has been about 1/3 girls over a small sample, so I was thinking with my current skill set long-run my bottom end would be 1/5 girls and top end maybe 2/5 or something like that.

I guess my point is that people spend so much time analyzing one girl whether she is interested or not blah blah (myself included) when in reality if you just put in the work you can get tons of options to the point where you aren't desperate at all if one girl decides to flake. So I was wondering if guys have done this amount of volume, which really isn't unreasonable, and had tons of plates spinning at once.

In a word - Yes. I've always had more success in the summer. People are in better moods because of the weather. I also live in NY so the city is packed full of chicks dressed like wh0res all summer long.
