Hi,
I've been working out for a couple of months now, and definitely seen improvements, and I'm trying to put on some muscle.
Basically though, my aerobic fitness sucks and I'd like to improve this too, plus some of my friends reckon that if you have good aerobic fitness your body will be better at building muscle.
Anyway I dont want to do anything thats going to make me lose weight though, so, would it set me back so much if I went on a run once or twice a week? what if I just ate loads and loads more on the days I decided to go running?
