How can women feel admiration, passion, desire, and respect for a man if he has nothing to offer them?
For example, imagine a woman chooses a man because he is wealthy. Does that necessarily mean she admires him, respects him, desires him, or feels genuine passion for him? We don't know...
Or suppose she chooses a man because he has high social status. Again, does that automatically mean she admires, respects, desires, or feels passion for him? Not necessarily....
So, if a man provides no reproductive value, financial support, companionship, resources, lifestyle benefits, or any other role in a woman's life, how could she develop admiration, respect, desire, or passion for him?
Perhaps this is the key: every woman looks for a man who can fulfill one or more roles in her life, and the specific roles she values differ from one woman to another.
