When typing a reply, look at the vB code panel. Click 'http://'. Then the Explorer User Prompt will come up with "Script Prompt: Enter the full URL for the link." After hitting OK, another pop-up will show with the Explorer User Prompt stating "Script Prompt: Enter the text to be displayed for the link (optional)". Very self-explanatory.
