can acne medicane make you skin worse??

Hey guys, I have a question about something I have on my nose. It's not like acne or white heads or black heads. It's just these two little noticeable shiny bumpy spots that haven't gone away in a while. Any idea how to clear these up?

www.acne.org and buy the Benzoyl peroxide from thier or if you can get an appointment for the dermatologist and see if they will give you Retin-A which WILL make your acne worse but will subside as you go through it. Basically what retin-a does is speed up the skin cells on your face and opens up pores so you will be flaky and dry a lot so your going to have to moisturize.
as far as a crappy diet goes well....to each his own but drinks lots of water and eat more natural foods, stay away from soda, cookies and all that other bad stuff...its ok once in awhile but everyday is a no no
