So there's this girl I meet recently at a bar, talked and all that, and then gives me her phone #. Call her, no response so I left her a message. She calls back and leaves message. I return her message again with another message. so finally leaves me a message saying she's on a trip and will call once in town. So what, does it make sense to wait or would you guys call? If she's still away it's gonna look stalking? thx!

this one is easy, and i doubt anyone would disagree:

DO NOT CALL HER AGAIN until she calls you.
if she never calls, she isn't interested.
you calling her won't make her interested, it will only lower her interest level (too needy, too available etc.)

Whenever a girl say she will be outside city or country for x days , It usually mean I ll not respond if you call me again

If she called you back that is a good sign so just wait....otherwise you look desperate - that look doesn't look good on anyone.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
