I recently started taking ZMA. Apparantely its "good for you" but I have no idea how much.

The Zinc is in the form of Zinc mono-1-methionine and aspartate. The magnesium is in the form of magnesium aspartate.

Now I looked up on the internet that aspartic acid is used as a neurotoxin. Rat poison in fact. It causes death of brain tissue. So, my question is WTF?

But going at the ratio it takes to poison a rat i'd say 10 pills per hour.

Never mind, I figured it out. There's differences in the structure.

also, I just looked... I have a stack for ZMA (zinc/magnesium/B6) but i don't use the premade ZMA pills... my zinc is "zinc gluconate" and the magnesium is "magnesium oxide." no aspartate in there...
