Besides this I guess you want to show her that you are not so much willing to chase her like most AFC would do. And you want to show her that right now. You want to change the game!

She: Call me...<tomorrow, next week..>
You: I am busy tomorrow with..xxx doing yyy and going to zzz
She:... mmmm... blah blah
You: I got to get going. Talk to you later.

Then call her in 3-7 days and talk to her like nothing happened.
At least now you dont obey her rules.
If you hear her answering machine - click, hang up! Call after 2 days. Answering machine again? Hang up....
If the third time still you hear that damn machine - leave a brief message, ask her to call you back.

I think that the most important moment is right after she asks you "call me...tomorrow". Just immediately say "I am doing yyy tomorrow" - you instantly gained like +50 points: you are busy, you do things, you dont chase her much, you dont take orders.
But after that tell her "I'll talk to you later" - leave some mystery "when", but show that you want and will talk to her.

but you need to have some quick replies for these kind of situations;

"...or you call me ?"
"hey, no need to call - how about we meet x days from now at Starbucks at 17:30 ? "

BTW I dont think that being too busy to make a simple phonecall is being a DJ or will get you points

busy is for not being able to meet her

but never say you'll call and then dont
better leave her with "or you'll call me ?" with a big grin !

This is almost a given. We are just too eager to subserve the woman even though, objectively, we know better. I wouldn't call her. She's playing you.

Update: I didn't call her. That was probably a test. But I didn't say I would either, so no apologies. Anyway, for better or worse, I never apologize for anything

PenKitten -- Good idea. But I didn't give her my #, so she would have to get it from someone else, which would be stalker-ish. Also, some women will not call a guy first, right? But I will let her chase me once she does have my info.

Next q. Since all we did was have drinks for an hour, eat dinner w/a group, and make out for a few mins in a bar, is there any reason to call her at all? What are we going to talk about?

Instead, I could just send an email inviting her out with us next week, like:

"Hey, X, great meeting you last Thurs. We are doing ___ this week, [date time], join us!"

This has advantages:

1. I can't screw it up
2. She now has my contact info
3. I'm not asking her on a date

Q. Is it rude not to call? Does this seem weak?

Note to whoever said it: Yeah, she was playing me. I am the prize. So I want to make her work hard, but I don't want to be rude, there are enough women who hate me.

dont ask me why its this way, but we are afc also.

i am going to teach both my sons and both my daughters not to call the other sex. i dont want any of my kids to seem desperate .
