Does anyone have any good exercises for calf development? My calves look too small. I have always had skinny legs, but since I started focusing on leg exercises and especially squats, I am noticing my quads and hamstrings are getting bigger. I've also been doing toe raises, but my calves don't seem to be getting any bigger. Also I play basketball and I used to do calf raises all the time, but they didn't get any bigger. I was doing weighted calf raises for a few months too. Nothing seems to work. It's a hard muscle to exercise too. I feel like they must be fairly strong though cause I can dunk, though I am 6'3".
