good pick up spots:
berkeley, mainly downtown berkeley and you can park below martin luther king jr street on grant for unlimited amount of time.
sf spots are westfield, union square, and the clubs and lounges of course.

milpitas the great mall is always a great place with a huge of amount of people along with dave and busters.
downtown oakland at 12pm on weekdays is cool and around lake merritt to get the workout women and lakeshore in junction.
Thats all the good places I know of that will guarantee a hb.
