what if she says something like "I'm thirsty"
how can you sock it to her with a nice c&f reply?

Or if you feel she deserves it -
"Yeah me too, how bout you getting us a drink?"
Then if you feel like it let her 'persuade' you to go, come back with your own drink, grin and say, "I said I'd get us A drink sweetie - I'm open to sharing' (If you're really feeling evil, get her to agree that since you bought it, you get your half first - then tell her your half was the bottom half.)

That could be a lot of effort though...

I don't drink or goto clubs/bars but:

I'd just say "me too" and leave it at that. Don't buy nothing for yourself or her, let her say "well are you gonna buy something" etc. And just say "no, I'm not staying much longer." then go from there (possibly trying to get her to come back to my place.)

Side note: It doesn't matter if you actually stay another 5 hours, it's doubtful she'll bring it up.

If I was shooting for funny (which for some reason i don't think it's more neccesary to act like you don't care,):

"I'm thirsty too, go buy me something" with a lil kid saying something wrong smile.

I would not say the toilet line, you do not want to put gross images in her mind. Depending on my mood I might even buy her a drink. If I was not feeling like buying her a drink I would say something like:
1) Ok you get this round, I'll get the next, by the way yuengling for me.
2) I just don't buy drinks for people I just met.
3) My Mom told me never to buy drinks for strangers.
4) I would buy you this drink, but then I would feel obligated to sleep with you and I am just not ready for that kind of pressure.
5) The bar is over that way.

if she said she was thirsty my response depends on my condition:

if I'm thirsty I would ask her to buy me a rum and coke in a nonchalant way

if not jokingly remind her that the bartender is not to far away to assist her in this situation.
