Just got back from the bar. It's been about 4 years since I've been, and haven't been into the dating scene recently.

Anyway, I was propped up against the vending machine, when an HB8-9 asked me to excuse myself so she could purchase something. We ended up getting into a conversation about what she should buy. The rapport was great; I was digging her and she knew it, and she was digging me and I knew it. I was drunk, she was drunk...

Then out of nowhere, this dink cuts in and starts accusing me of staring at him, getting within inches of my face. The chick exits, and I'm left with telling the jackass I didn't even notice him until then. Catching on that he secretly liked the girl I was talking with, I busted his balls: I told him he liked the chick and that he was jealous. He got uncomfortable, but we ended up making friends. When I spotted my exit, I left.

A few bouncers approached me and asked if the dink was trying to start **** with me. Goddamn, there are still some knowing, decent guys out there instead of white knights! So thanks, guys!

Anyway, later, I was chatting up this cool guy, when the same chick was leaving the bar. She went out of her way to wave bye to me. I had little choice but to let her leave without getting a number or something.

Just a little sizzled about it because I felt a good vibe with her, and felt the need to vent.

I was out at a club with a dude I met recently. I started talking with a girl, then we were dancing, I asked her to come with me to a quieter area where we could talk. I went to buy us drinks while she waited, when I came back he was talking to her and he wouldn't leave, I got her number when she said I have to get back to my friends, what a **** move. I'm just going to do the same to him when I hang out with him again.
