Searched the forums again but didn't get enough relevant advice.

I'm with my ex and I have managed to escalate enough to have her shirt off, kino her breasts, kissing, and some tonguing today. It's been over a month since we broke up and we hadn't tongued for like a month and a half. Today, I tried to escalate into sex and got "You just want sex", to which I replied, "I want sex with you."

I think she has interest but not enough to put out. She has never put out for me before. Is it a lost cause?

Except she is inviting me out to places and has shown signs of high interest.

I also dumped her and for almost a month we had minimal contact because she was so hurt.

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.
