Im looking to buy a new motorola razr but the cheapest i've been able to find is bestbuy for 200 bucks ( i want to keep my current contract w cingular). Wheres the best place/sites to buy new cells at ? Is there a cingular phone with higher megapixel camera than the razr ?

I'm not sure about the megapixel question, but you won't find the phone any cheaper unless you want to sign a new contract with someone.

You can pick one up on eBay for around $125-175... just be sure that it's unlocked.

As for the megapixel question, sure. There are a few phones out there wit as many as 5MP. However if a $200 price tag on a RAZR is stopping you cold you may as well keep dreaming.
