"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Buy land on the moon *is it real?*

"You Can't Argue a Woman Into Liking You"

You made your case like a lawyer. Stable job. Good guy. Ready for something real. All true. All irrelevant.

She weighed your points, nodded along, felt nothing — then fell hard for some tattooed bartender with a motorcycle and a gambling problem.

Logic is where attraction goes to die. The "22 Rules" work a level deeper, on the subconscious switches that decide within minutes whether you register as a MAN or as part of the furniture.

Stop presenting evidence. Start flipping switches.

any certificate you buy which claims that you own part of the Moon is not legally binding and should only be considered a novelty item.

John Pike, a space policy analyst at the Federation of American Scientists:

"The bottom line is, he cant own property on the moon unless hes got a government to back him up. No one is claiming sovereignty rights on the moon. And if any government did, Id be very skeptical that any other government would recognize that claim."

"The notion that some guy in California has printed up deeds to the moon and sold them to citizens will have no legal standing whatsoever."

I almost admire the entrepreneurial spirit of the moon-sellers.

There is a worthwhile lesson here in regard to real estate investment, believe it or not, and that is that ownership of land is only at the permission of the government. Our property law comes from the old English system of land grants from the king. You could only own what the king gave you. Today, property law is still controlled by this principle. You can only own land for which you pay the taxes, and even then if they are building a highway and want your property, then that is just a bad day for you.

If you buy land in another country, your title is only as good as the willingness of the government in power at the moment to eject trespassers and honor your land deed. We take government stability for granted in the US, but as soon as you invest in a lesser-developed country, it becomes very important. A coup d'etat is not that uncommon in some countries, and if the new government decides to nationalize all property owned by foreigners, then too bad for the foreign investors. Even absent a coup, sometimes the government still screws foreigners. It has happened to some older people in California who bought beachfront property in mexico for what seemed like a great price. Then the mexican government refused to honor the land sales and the investors lost their money.

Exactly. I had a look at the site

even if it was legit, and the property was yours (including mineral rights), if they ever wanted to colonize "your land" or harvest "your minerals" you would be SOL

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
