Also, to the rest of you. I hear a lot of "forget about her" or "move on."

While I recognize that this is good and sane advice in the big picture, it gives me very little chance with this particular woman. So I'm curious to know if anyone has ever recovered a girl from a situation of moderate interest? If so, how was it done??

I have to agree with the advice. It seems like these girls have better things to do right now. By persueing these girls, where does AFC-hood start. I think you definitely have to lower your interest level (at least what you show) in this girl. Being a challenge and letting some time pass will help. But is giving up the answer? Obviously unless your an AFC, you don't need these girls, but unless they are walking all over you, why not be gently persistant? My advice is to go on with your life, but give them a call from time to time. I think some kind of gentle persistance is required to raise the interest level, but there are defintely times to back off. Their busyness will go up and down, and who they are seeing will change from time to time. (Am I being an AFC?)
