“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

I honestly don't know how to handle this. I know how I want to handle it, but I don't know if I'm overreacting or not

To make a long story short I have 1 graphic designer, that doesn't even work for me full time He has a full time job but he's good enough to where I let him do that and I just send him what I need and he invoices me, so he moonlights for me.

In return for me sending him all of my graphic design work, He sends me any programming related gigs that he has. It's not much but still it's the principle of the matter.

I Just fond out that he has been working directly with one of my programmers on projects for the last 2 months. I have financial transitions between the 2 of them and everything they can't deny it.

This is what I want to do

1. Fire the programmer
2. Fire the graphic designer

But, it's not hurting business, the work is not big ****. WE do big ****. But I don't like the fact that they went behind my back. **** if he would have ASKED me hey I don't want you to charge me normal rates for this can you cut me a break I probably would have let one of my programmers do it for a side job to keep his prices down, I would have been open to that. Its the fact that they both conspired behind my back that pisses me off. And if he will do that for a small job, what about when / if one of my real clients comes to him wanting to get a 10 thousand dollar job done for 3 grand. Thats taking money out of my pocket then .

I'm pretty hot behind this but I'm going to let myself cool down before I talk to either of them and see how I feel then.

Edit: nevermind. lol as soon as i typed this i figured out the perfect solution to get what i want out the situtaiton

All of this should be spelled out in written paperwork at the time of hiring. That's why there are employee contracts and non-compete agreements.

No ****!! You would have let them have it, lol. No faking ****! Greed motivates you - what if they steal my client!

Those guys want to make money, they want to get rich. Whatever the fak money you paying them is ****. You must offer them an opportunity to make money.

Of course you could fire them, but that's just giving them a favor, because what they should really do is open up their own business, and stop being pimped around by a greedy boss.

This is exactly the reason I don't work for anyone, no matter how much work you do, your boss thinks of you as materiel, he pays you **** and he thinks that's fine. Even if you do what he don't know how to do, he still thinks he's the main guy. But reality is boss is garbage dirt bag that gotten way to fat on others backs. I left my last company, that **** head fired me after I left him **** firm, he thought he had it, after two years he still lives with him mom with his wife and kid.

I hope one day one of those guys starts a firm in your city, and takes a good part of your business. That's what I did to one **** sucker.

Job contracts that be as well printed on toilet paper and used up in bathrooms. Yea I'll sign anything, but then I'll see what you up to, and if you suck gay balls, I'll steal some **** from you, don't do my work, and create some security holes in computer, so if you show your ugly face, I could pull the plug on you.

In college I was a file clerk for what was at the time the second-largest staffing firm in the US. We hired programmers and network engineers. I was in charge of the packet of paperwork that they each had to sign. It was a thick folder. There was an offer letter, lengthy employee contract, non-disclosure agreement, non-compete agreement, intellectual property agreement. Every issue that could possibly arise was addressed beforehand in the paperwork.

That's because you live in a lawless land. I'm sure it's fun to be free of all the nanny state US laws. But that's only until you want the law to work in your favor. Here in the US, if you were to rip me off, it costs me about a hundred bucks to get a court day in about a month. If you don't show up, I win automatically, but I will anyway, and then we go into discovery of assets so that the judge can make sure I get paid. If you have anything at all, I can take it. And if you at any time lie to the court or interfere in the process in any way, that's a felony and you can go to jail for it. It's the lack a strong legal system to enforce contracts, as well as the law in general, that scares international business away from Russia.

ITs handled.

I shy away from too many contracts becuase I want my guys to moonlight. I'm not anti them making money. Im not even anti them working on jobs with some of my clinets. I"m anti them doing it behind my back.

**** I would rather let the dude handle a video player integration project for a few hundred bucks then me try to get it done and keep it away from doing real programming work if he can do it in his spare time and making going out money for the month. But tell me about it so I know what's going on.

All that is about to change tho. that gig is up.
