alright im tryin to get in shape for next cross country season and ive been runnin almost everyday but im just gettin burnt out and tired of running. is there any other excersizes like lifting weights or swimming that will help me get in shape or are good for some long distance running?
 

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

that sounds like a good idea. curious though weather swimming or lifting weights helps for long distance running?
