“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Summertime is just around the corner again...so how many people are starting to really get into their fitness programs? I find that the summertime is one of the best times to meet women. Up untill last year I was extremely skinny and always had some muscular/fit friends. Of course when we were at the beach or pool, who do you think the girls were more attracted too? I can usually even things up once we start talking but that little extra "first impression" advantage is huge. I know Anthony Ellis has been discussed on this board before and it was because of those discussions that I looked into it more. Well last year around this time I started his program. The confidence I have now just from my workouts is awesome. Having more muscles is great, but the confidence this has given me is even better. I'm not a huge muscle bound freak by any means, but am lean and somewhat cut which I hope the girls I am into feel is a much better look. Thanks to this board along with the workout program I started, this past year with the ladies has been the best of my life. Study this site fellas and get your asses in the gym because summer is just around the corner. If anyone wants to check out the program I am on the link is here feel free to ask me any questions. Anyone else have programs that have worked for them? The information I have gained from this program is great but I'm always ready and willing to expand my knowledge. Good luck all!

I have had lots of success following the book Super Squats from ironmind. I have always been a small guy, but I believe it's ideas and concepts helped me break the 200lb barrier a couple of years ago.

it's no magic, it's just really old school and based around simple and proven concepts:

large (socially unacceptable) amounts of:
1) squats
2) milk & protein
3) food

once.

Pick a weight that you can get 15 at. Breathe. crank out 16. Breathe. crank out 17. BREATHE. STRUGGLE WITH 18! BREATHE!!! FEEL YOUR LEGS BURN ON 19!!! Crank out 20.

THAT is how you do 1x20 squats.

the Super Squats workout is a light fullbody workout focused around 1 set of 20 rep squats based on your current 10 rep max. 20reps on your 10RM... this may seem impossible right?

like semag says what makes the 20reps different is that you will be performing "breathing" squats, taking several (3-10) deep breathes in your last 8-10 reps. It usually takes me about 3 minutes to complete.

for anyone intrested, here is strongman Jesse Marunde doing 407*20rep breathing squats... it is an awesome vid
http://www.marunde-muscle.com/videos/407x20.mpg

also it is meant to be done 3 times a week, adding 5 pounds each workout. Of course, this will probrably vary between individuals, but surprisingly I follow it with pretty good success.

I use to be a fan of the 20 rep squat routine, until I found that more progress is made by sticking to a lower rep range, and to add different leg exercises (such as barbell lunges). I am also not sure of how safe the 20 rep squat idea really is.

Besides squats, I also train with the Trap Bar, which provides an excellent full-body workout, but dramatically reduces stress on the lumbar region (in contrast with squats and deadlifts). As one who occasionally suffers from acute lower back pain, the Trap Bar is an indispensable tool for growth.

“The 22 Rules That Turned Me From Invisible to Irresistible With Women… Starting Tonight”

You can skip the expensive cars, the fancy clothes, and the endless gym selfies. Completely unnecessary.

I used to freeze the second a beautiful woman looked my way. Frustrated. Awkward. Watching other guys walk away with the girl while I stood there tongue-tied.

Then I discovered 22 simple rules that rewired my entire dating life. The anxiety vanished. Conversations flowed effortlessly. Women started chasing me for a change.

These rules trigger a woman's subconscious attraction switches. And you can start using them tonight.

Becareful with 20rep squats they can be dangerous if you rush into them.

If your really going to be doing 20 rep squats don't start out with a weight you can get 15 times, start out with a weight that you could get 30-40 times
So yes your ego is going to take a BIG hit.

Then do your one set with this weight (after warming up) and take this time to perfect your form then add 5 pounds each week

Some might think 5pounds a week is p*ssy. But in 6months you would of added 120lbs to whatever weight you were using assuming you could keep up with adding 5 pounds a week.

And theres no need to do anything else like leg extensions or whatever to "finish them off"
