“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Why can't we bulk one week, cut the next, etc? You gain muscle one week, lose the fat the next, etc.

I'm finding it hard to understand why a bulking cycle needs to last many months...

I'm not sure about this, but I think it's just the fastest and best way to do it. If you were to try to bulk one week, and skin the next you'd be going way slower, but I'm just taking guesses, that's not a fact I'm certain of.

That's what i'm trying to do right now: bulk and cut at the same time.
It's going OK, but it seems like i'm doing two contradicting things at once, and the body doesn't know how to handle it.

I'm thinner than i should be, but i'm trying to lose that little bit of belly fat so my abs show through. However, i'm also trying to bulk up too.
I watch what i eat, cause i want to hurry and get that little bit of fat off, however, i can't really "feed the (bulking) machine" with what little food i eat.

I know i should probably bulk bulk bulk, THEN go and lose the fat. That really seems to be the way to do it, but oh well.

I think the bulking cycle last for months cause its harder (therefore it takes longer) to bulk up than it is to cut/slim.

storm, if you have that little bit of a belly, but are not fat at all, you have the same as me. Don't go running or anything, really, if you just bulk up, in the sence of doing those 8 reps etc.. (I don't follow a diet, I just eat healthy food), you will burn some of it every week by doing your workout, and after less then three months you will have almost 'cut' abs. Don't go running, you are just wasting your workout on that.

Hey Charisma, thanks for the advice. I will probably do that.

I guess i'm being impatient, cause i was on the exercise bike for an hour, and then expected some of the fat to "magically" disappear the next day. Of course, that didn't happen.

But yeah, i better stop expecting results RIGHT NOW. I guess i want the ripped abs to show next week, not in March.

It is cool though, to feel the abs getting more ripped and rolling underneath the fat...
