Hi there,

There's an aftermath of my situation that I'll tell later. Today I want to share a problem my friend has. He asked me for advice, and I told I would talk to some guys to have some insight.

Well... hello, guys.

Here's the thing. He's married for 12 years now, no kids, and a happy relationship for what I could tell. The problem his wife have an younger (15 yo.) brother that causes a lot o problems. A couple of days ago he got into a fight in school and the attackers said they would kill him, even tracking him to his house where he lives with his parents. They're lower class, and his mother have to work a lot, barely staying at home. Same for the father.

So, to help him, she took the kid to live with them for 6 months so he could finish school. Problem is, he's not happy about it - not only because that would ruin the fun of having someone strange in his home, but because he's afraid of what kind of problems this kid could cause. The kid is the kind that likes to pose all gangsta, but when a serious fight comes he would put his tail between his legs and run like a scared mouse.

What would you do in this situation?

Just because a woman listens to you and acts interested in what you say doesn't mean she really is. She might just be acting polite, while silently wishing that the date would hurry up and end, or that you would go away... and never come back.

Didn't he have a say in this from the begining?! If his wife didn't ask him if she could do this then I see this as the bigger problem.

For what he told me, he talked about it - even having a fight with his wife - but took it back and allowed him in.
