"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

Hey,

I ain't into this gay shvt, but, Brokeback Mountain was a super movie.

It is about two 'homo' cowboys.

"She's Out of Your League"

You've said it a hundred times. Maybe a thousand. And every time you say it, you train your brain to freeze the next time she walks into the room.

Leagues are a myth invented by guys who are scared of women.

She's a person. She has bad breath in the morning. She picks songs she can't sing in the shower. She overthinks her own texts.

Walk over. Say something. The league dissolves the second you open your mouth.

I'd rather be "caught" watching Brokeback Mountain than posting on a how-to-get-laid internet forum.

I don't give a shvt who sees me.

The place was packed...Hard to find a seat.

The movie will win an Oscar..........(it is that good)

BTW, I took a woman with me.

"She Laughed All Night. Then She Ghosted You. Here's Why."

Dinner ran three hours. She laughed at everything. You walked her to her car thinking this one's locked in.

Then: nothing. Two texts. No reply. What happened?

You did what most men do on a great date. You filled every silence, answered every question, and left her with nothing to wonder about. No mystery. Nothing to sit with when she got home.

Rule 3 of the "22 Rules" changes the ending: tell her a little, hold back the rest, and let her imagination do the chasing. The ghosting stops too.

This sounds like something Dr Beard would post

But he doesn't go out in public because people think he looks like a pidgeon.

Im never planning to see this movie unless Brianna Banks want me to take her to go see it.

Two gay cowboys I just dont give a ****. I dont give a **** if its a oscor movie or not, im just not goin to see this ****.

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

I might take a ho to see it with me simply because its something different to usual movies.

A few of you here could do with being more open minded.

Hell no if I'm going to part with my hard earned $15 to watch some fag cowboys getting jiggy.

I'm sick of all this homosexuality being showed down our throats.

wow are you guys serious.

are you guys that uncomfortable sexually that you guys have to try to be hardasses by talking smack about this movie.

I'm sorry if you guys missed the point of the whole movie and I'm sorry if some of you guys wanted to see some more dude on dude action saved for West Hollywood. But the whole point of this movie was to show a different side of love. Anyway I'll save you guys the lecture.

I felt this movie was genuinely good, it wasnt uncomfortable at all. Its just kinda sad how some people act like were in the damn 50's or 60's when it comes to showing something different.

and you know what, there were no d-i-c-k-s shown in this movie. There where more titties shown, which was a nice bonus for seeing the movie (michelle williams and anne hathaway show the goodies)

Jake Gyllenhall and Heath Ledger have some cojones for doing this movie, and they get more respect from me for doing it.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

"A different side of love" you reckon?........Blahh that sounds like a whole bunch of emotions I dont need to get caught up in.

So what makes this different from any other chick flick? (besides 2 homos obviously)

I still haven't gone to see a movie with a woman in the lead role.

I still haven't gone to see a movie with a black guy in the lead role.

I'm sure as hell not going to see a movie about homos.

I only watch movies like; American History X and Deliverance.
