"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

A little advice guys.

My and my LTR of 3 years just broke up. I kind of saw it coming really. We fought all the time and I never really acted like I cared about her or loved her. We broke up about 2 weeks ago and It has been HARD.

When it first happened, she said she was never going to call me again.

But she called me 2 days later, she said that she would always love me and that she just didn't think that me and her were getting along. She comes over that night to get something and we hook up.

After that I got kind of AFC, but not really begging. All the things that I was doing (I relapsed, I was irresponsible with bills, I treated her pretty bad) I said I would stop, and she said she didn't believe me.

What would you do if you were me. She said that she can't talk to me because she will want to get back together with me because of the physical attraction between us. But she didn't see are relationship going anywhere(which in my state at the time, I didn't either. I was a real ****bag)

What makes this worse is that this girl was my bestfriend. So I dont have alot of people to talk to. What would you do?

I think I want her back, but I think personally the best thing to do is to just not call her and let it play itself out. I know that she doesn't have a b/f by the way, so it wasn't that and I think that it was possibly just her fed up with me.

So what am I going to do? Move on and try to forget about her and get my life back in order. I think that if we are suppose to be together it will work itself out.

Whats your advice.

"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

There are so many guys who ask the same thing you are asking right now. Move on, It is the best thing to do. I have been in your shoes and going back is not the best choice. There are so many girls out there, SO MANY. Do yourself a favor, avoid the headache and move on.

My and my LTR of 3 years just broke up. I kind of saw it coming really. We fought all the timeand I never really acted like I cared about her or loved her. case closed. We broke up about 2 weeks ago and It has been HARD. get some other girls and friends.

When it first happened, she said she was never going to call me again. she just wants more attention. why do you have to take what girls say over what they do?

But she called me 2 days later, she said that she would always love me and that she just didn't think that me and her were getting along. She comes over that night to get something ... she planned this.. and we hook up. and you blew it. she defines and controls the 'relationship' and you just tag along. she wants to make sure she can still attract you enough to control you, but you're so slack that this is the only way she can think of to try and change your behaviour.

After that I got kind of AFC, but not really begging. yes.. begging. if not with words. All the things that I was doing (I relapsed, I was irresponsible with bills, I treated her pretty bad) I said I would stop, and she said she didn't believe me. she wants your balls. also if you don't even treat her well to begin with, why don't you respect her enough to leave her alone?

What would you do if you were me. go travelling anywhere normal outside the states and sort yourself out. She said that she can't talk to me because she will want to get back together with me because of the physical attraction between us. But she didn't see are relationship going anywhere(which in my state at the time, I didn't either. I was a real ****bag) stop listening to her words and start watching her actions. and stop reacting to her bull****. believing that about yourself... i guess she already has your balls.

What makes this worse is that this girl was my bestfriend. So I dont have alot of people to talk to. What would you do? i'd work on that problem.

I think I want her back, ...sounds pretty decisive. you're just scared of being alone and having nobody to inflict your ****ty behaviour on. but I think personally the best thing to do is to just not call her and let it play itself out. I know that she doesn't have a b/f by the way, so it wasn't that and I think that it was possibly just her fed up with me. 'just' her fed up with you? that's pretty much over. think about the words 'fed up.' some people eventually grow out of wanting to eat sh!t constantly.

So what am I going to do? Move on and try to forget about her and get my life back in order. I think that if we are suppose to be together it will work itself out. you mean she will walk back in and control the course of events, and you will let her.

Whats your advice.
fukk something else. you took her for granted and unless you're a successful guy, that sh!t doesn't fly with a decent girl for long. apologise, leave her alone, and clean up your act. sounds like you two will cross paths again, but it'll probably be the same old sh!t so don't bother. move on before you turn around and you've wasted your youth on being someone's disappointment.
