Well Ive been cutting/ dieting for about month now and I have gotten great results. I havnt been lifting weights, I have been doing body weight stuff mostly. My diet for the past month has basically been:
6 meals a day every 3 hours. Ranging from 250-350 calories.
I stoped eating fast food and crap food in general, lowered my milk intake, drink more water.
So on average I have been eating about 1800-2000 calories daily.

But how good has it really worked you ask? Well I weighed 200 lbs average every morning. Now I am at about 190. I have lost 10 lbs in 1 month.

Is this about how fast you other guys cut? Cause I am planning on weighing 165 before I begin to bulk back up (September?)

Aim for 1lb fat loss per week (fat loss, not weight loss), that's healthy given your current weight. Don't be in a hurry unless you wanna lose muscle too.

Ive been losing it seems about 2 per week (Ive been going for 5 weeks).
Is ths too fast? Also will I really lose that much muscle? I was about 25% bf and really Im just aiming to drop that to about 11-13%.

I can already see myself looking more toned and would like to look my best asap but not unhealthily.

The diet I have is clean and I work out 4 days a week.

2lbs a week is good when were/are at 25%, now that you're sub-200 I'd say 1lb a week is easier on your system and more maintainable though.

and it doesn't matter what we say, if you feel good with your weightloss then it's going fine for you. :)

Ok thanks for clearing that up. Im aiming for maximum fat loss so Im gonna try and stay with 2 lbs a week. Of course now that Im losing so fast Im gonna make sure I have the best diet. Im gonna start to be more strict with sugar and stuff so that I know Im going at it the healthiest way.

ok I do not know how to measure if I am losing fat :(

also I eat about 2500-3000 calories a day and I weight like 165. I am trying to cut my %bf to 12% by the end of summer (20% now) so will I still lose weight if I eat that much? according to fitday I burn about 3500+ with jumprope and weightlifting included

potbelly, i'm 185lbs and i only eat 2500 cals a day.......2500-3000 for your weight seems like a bulking diet, man.
