can someone link me to good breaking up post, I searched and didn't see any. If not just throw me some advice.

I'm HORRIBLE at break ups. The only way I can finally get girls to leave me alone is to go harsh and say I don't want to see you anymore at all. It's not my fault, my girlfriend right now keeps coming back wailing making me feel horrible. No moral man can get past that without pity.

What's sad is I really am doing this for her own good and I do just want to be friends.
