You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

Why does everyone think carbs are necessary to grow? I have never focused on a carb intake EVER! The time I watch my carbs is after 3-5PM,I don't want anymore bodyfat then I already have. Olive and fish oil aren't necessary to grow. I still hold strong that 2x your bodyweight in protein is overkill.

Olive and fish oil aren't necessary to grow. I still hold strong that 2x your bodyweight in protein is overkill.

Well, I think the main deal is, you need some form of fuel to grow optimally, i.e. either carbs or fat. Otherwise, your body will start using the protein you eat for fuel, and that will mean less protein is available for muscle growth and repair..:) Do you agree mate?
