"Nervous Around Beautiful Women? There's a Rule for That"

I could talk to any woman I wasn't attracted to. Charming, funny, relaxed. Then a gorgeous woman looked my way and I'd become a sweating, babbling mess.

The fix took me years to find and ten minutes to learn. Nervousness and excitement are the same physical state — pounding heart, adrenaline, flushed face. Your brain just picks the label. And you can pick a better one.

Rule 16 shows you how. You feel the nerves, relabel them as excitement, and let that energy pour out as enthusiasm. Women notice the guy radiating it. They always do.

Again, we eat differently and think differently..and I do things that people don't normally do...

For instance..

I take out the skin out of chicken (high source of protein...little fat)
I prefer non-fat milk (high source of protein..10 gram..no fat)
I prefer tuna and fish (very high source of protein...little fat)
I take protein bars high in protien (30 grams) and low in carbs and fat (high protein, low fat)
I get lean pork (contrary to popular belief, pork isn't "ALL FAT"..and lean versions have good protein and little fat)
I eat egg whites and remove the yolk (excellent protein..little fat)
I choose wheat bread and brown rice over white bread and white rice. (nothing about protein...but quality of fiber...)
I take protein shakes with little carbs and no fat.
I cut out most of the fat from steak...
I eat a handful of almonds....helps out in many ways...

...you get the point....

In the long run, I am still able to gain weight, mass and muscle....but it's not weight from fat or "healthy" fats...but from high sources of protein..Why deal with the fat...when you can get the protein without it?
uh dude..... you need fat for many thinsg including brain function hormone production, joint lubrication, organ insulation, omg....... dude u need fat.

"You'll Never Feel READY to Walk Over"

Next Monday you'll feel more confident. After the gym you'll feel more confident. After one more drink you'll feel more confident. After you get a better haircut, a better jacket, a better job.

You've been "getting ready" for two years.

She's standing ten feet away right now. She'll be gone in four minutes. No amount of preparation will manufacture the courage that only comes from moving your feet.

Walk over. Stumble through the first sentence. Let it be clumsy. Let it be imperfect. You will feel more alive in those ten seconds than you have all month.

Every weight-trainer and nutritionist will tell you that it's preferable to eat the egg whites.
Okay, I'm a weight trainer and I'll bet I've been lifting longer than you have, I hope to get my personal training diploma (dunno what took me so long) in the next year or so, which includes a course in nutrition .. and I'd tell you that unless you're dieting for a bodybuilding show, then go with whole eggs. There's a whole host of goodness in egg yolks, including over half the protein in the whole egg and a good dose of (mostly unsaturated) fat.

Life's too short (and expensive!) to be seperating and throwing away egg yolks! If you insist, buy liquid egg whites or the pasteurised ones.. but whoever said fat was evil?

What's wrong with 30g of any kind of fat for breakfast? I eat six eggs for breakfast daily (except some days when there's a couple spare in which case I'll have more) - that's over 40g.
I'll have a double protein drink with a 30-50g olive/flax oil blend other times of day, and yes I'd have it for breakfast if I didn't prefer solid food.

Does it make me fat? Nope, I'm actually leaner than I've ever been (since my army days anyway), got the outline of my abs.

In my view it makes sense to get high-calorie foods at breakfast, get the old furnace stoked and whatnot...

Don't tell me you're one of the 'only 30g protein per meal' bunch because if the body can absorb more than 30g of protein per meal (which it can) then yes, it can absorb more than 30g of fat.

I agree about choosing lean cuts of meat and taking measures to reduce the fat content of meat (parboiling pork, rinsing ground beef, trimming off visible fat from chicken etc) and the benefits of nuts and avocadoes, BUT you want to gain muscle, remember that protein is the most important thing, yes, but you can't live off it.

Eating even 500g of protein per day is still only 2000 calories at best. You need a healthy smattering of fats (50g is only 500 calories remember) and plenty of carbs too - protein is the building brick yes but a calorific surplus is the construction team. For easy calories, you can't beat fats. Actually that's what I use fats for - calories (and EFAs of course). Protein is the muscle-food, carbs are an energy source to get through the day and my training sessions, and increasing fats ensures my calorific surplus.

Source them solely from EFAs if you feel so inclined, but there's nothing wrong with some saturated fat in your diet. In fact, it'd do far more good than harm.

And you really can't beat four fried eggs sitting on a couple of sirloin steaks with plenty of black pepper.

Wait, yes you can. Six fried eggs on three steaks. :D

"Why Women Dump the Guys Who Try the Hardest"

You paid for dinner. You drove. You said "whatever you want is fine" every single time. All the effort, no expectations.

And she left anyway — probably for a guy who makes her pick up the pizza.

Painful. Also predictable. Her mind quietly concludes that anything requiring zero effort from her is worth exactly zero. You became a free sample, and free samples get taken for granted.

The 22 Rules flip the dynamic. Small shifts that get her investing effort, money, and time in you — until SHE'S the one afraid of losing YOU.

Maybe I'm a failure, but I'll bet my biceps that they're a damn sight bigger than yours. ;)

KillaPeteHog, the three steaks and six fried eggs isn't a daily occurrence but, um, okay, I'm having that later on too, got some steaks in the fridge, gotta eat 'em before they go mouldy y'know, terrible to waste protein like that..

That 2200 calories you quoted can only be an estimate, since even a non-athlete could have a high metabolism and need more than that. Also, I don't count calories or even think in 24hr blocks. I know my body doesn't.

We both have our views on fat, I'll respect yours since you respect mine and leave it at that - if what you're doing is working successfully to your standards then roll with it, it's cool.

(Incidentally, I dunno where you are, but I haven't found anywhere that tuna is cheaper than eggs..)

Just eat whatever you want. If you find that you are gaining too much fat, cut back the carbs. Make sure you eat enough protein. Meat is protein.

The only acceptable carbs that you absolutely CANNOT cut out are fruits and vegetables. If you cut them out you feel like ****. The vitamins, minerals, and enzymes are crucial to bulking and peak performance.

Your body makes the enzymes you need, not the produce u consume.

"How I Made Sure No Woman Ever Friend-Zoned Me Again"

She calls you when her car breaks down. When she needs help moving. When some guy she's actually dating treats her badly.

You're the listener. The reliable one. The guy who would treat her so much better, if she'd just open her eyes.

She won't. You trained her to see you as the low-effort option — the friend who requires zero risk and zero investment. Every favor dug the hole deeper.

The "22 Rules" break the pattern. You'll stop auditioning for a role she already cast and become the man she chases instead. It starts with Rule 1.
