Enjoy being in shape is a by-product not the core goal. My gym trainer is aiming for a "beach boy" look not a body-building look to accomidate this goal.

It's not just a matter of getting muscles. There's also the issue of having a crap personality.

If you can not get your foot in the door in the first place then what does your game or personality mean?

And yeah, I'm going to guess that the guy who considers allocating his gym money into escort money might be a bit weird, and not too fun to hang out with.

It's obvious that I will be searching for other threads about before and after stories of people who have gone to the gym and what this has done for their confidence if this half-wit is the only reply to my post.

Hair is also a slightly bigger percentage. A hot shaggy or messy or spiky hair gives plenty of points, especially for young guys.

A good buzz or shaved head can also be a big improvement for some guys.

Receding hair is a slight minus. Thinning is a bit more of a minus. Crown balding is worst, but not a game destroyer if the rest of your look works IME.

And a shaved head is an easy (and the only effective) treatment for a receding hairline. Chicks like a guy who has hair or is bald, but not a guy who's in the process of going bald.

Yeah I'm 'bout 5'10" and I've only once run into a hot chick who was taller than me, a 6'-somethin' red-headed amazon of a babe. Most girls are in the 5'4" range and I rarely see them going out with guys who are taller than 6', after all there can be some issues if there is a major size difference between partners.

I'm 5'5. When people first meet me, they are shocked a short guy like me can have so much success with women. The funny thing is some people will tell me that it's BECAUSE I'm short that I get laid. Apparently my height is a built-in-stealth-under-the-radar blessing from God.

Funny the excuses people will create to prevent themselves from achieving success.

My height is never the problem. Sometimes the girl's height is...but I've been known to make compromises
