“The 22 Rules That Flip the Script With Women… And How You Can Use Them Tonight”

Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.

Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers.  Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.

I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.

Brayden's Big Bad Boot Camp

16 weeks of fun will begin today. I am going to do a boot camp that will push me well out of my comfort zone. I have decided that the standard issue SoSuave boot camp may not be enough to create a permanent and lasting change. So, I have decided to combine the fastseduction.com 16 week boot camp with back-to-back 8 week SoSuave boot camps.

There seems to be a lot of debate between SoSuave and mASF. Basically, the two sites seem to place an emphasis on different aspects of the game. SoSuave's main focus is on improving your inner game, mindset, confidence, belief systems, etc; while mASF focuses on outer game as a skill set. I hope to improve my life in both of these areas.

Both of these sites also have their flaws. SoSuave's major problem is that it creates keyboard jockey's, while mASF is infamous for creating social robots. Both of these problems stem from focusing on one area of 'game' at the expense of the other. It is my opinion that having 'game' requires both: Confidence and Competence.

Each week will begin on a Sunday and end by Saturday. I will attempt to do the exercises as early in the week as possible so that I can enjoy that newly acquired skill by the weekend. The weeks will be structured as follows:

Week # / Starting Date

1 / March 26
2 / April 2
3 / April 9
4 / April 16
5 / April 23
6 / April 30
7 / May 7
8 / May 14
9 / May 21
10 / May 28
11 / June 4
12 / June 11
13 / June 18
14 / June 25
15 / July 2
16 / July 9
Ending Day: Saturday, July 15th, 2006

The fastseduction.com boot camp is 16 weeks, and the SoSuave boot camp is only 8 weeks. This means that at week 9, I will start the SoSuave boot camp for the the second time.

The SoSuave boot camp is located here:

The mASF boot camp is located here:

If you would like to 'bite my style' and copy my format, go ahead. Just do it in your own thread. This thread is for comments, suggestions, feedback, and encouragement for me.

Why didn't you write up a format instead of just running them together?

Week One Summary

Sosuave Exercise #1:
In two separate outings, each lasting one hour in length, you will go about establishing eye contact with strangers.

This was fairly easy. I think I actually accumulated about 6 hours of intentionally establishing eye contact throughout the week. I was amazed at how many people look at you when you walk through a mall. At least 70% of the people I passed made eye contact. This was during the day time, and the mall wasn't very crowded, so when you would pass someone, they would often be the only one near me. I noticed that when you are in a crowded area, there seems to be less eye contact, but when you pass just one person, it seems weird not to make eye contact.

SoSuave Exercise #2:
...the goal of this exercise is to go around and say Hi or Hello to a total of 50 strangers during this week.

I got this out of the way early in the week. It wasn't very hard either. All you have to do is say 'hi' in a friendly voice as you are walking by. Most people will just assume you are a friendly person who says 'hi' to people just to be social. I got the autopilot response 'hi' from all but one person, who kind of hesitated and then just looked down. I think this was because she didn't realize I was saying 'hi' to her specifically.

The fastseduction portion of the boot camp was to eliminate any AFC influences in your life. This includes everything from music, friends, or TV shows.

This was easy, because I have been doing this for months since I found the community.
----------

So Week 1 is finished, and I have learned how to develop & convey confidence, and have eliminated AFC societal influences. Bring on Week 2.

Mostly because if I created my OWN boot camp, I wouldn't have any other people's results to compare my results with. For example, lets say I run into difficulty on Week 4 for the mASF portion of the boot camp. I can search mASF to find how others dealt with that scenario. This would be more difficult if I made my own hybrid version.
