If you check your brain at the door, you're in for a spectacle of sights and sounds that will leave your itch for destruction and mayhem very much satisfied. If you're expecting an expanded backstory or even a glimmer of an explanation as to why everyone on screen is doing what they're doing, then you're at the wrong movie.

For this, I give this movie a 6 because it almost arrogantly says to its viewers, "Don't worry about the story, just be happy you're along for the ride."

What made me laugh, the critics saying mad max barely spoke during the entire movie......

um........he never says much in all the mad max movies.......
