I noticed you didn't answer the question of where you live or what you weigh. I can get in touch with just about any fight promoter in the midwest. I have worked in promotions for years. We make grudge matches all the time. It is quite normal, and perfectly legal, given that the requirements of the relevant state sanctioning body are followed. If we go to Kentucky, we can do just about anything.

Players coming out of Florida State football, which just won the national championship, have talked about the coaches having two pairs of boxing gloves at practice. If any two players got into an argument, practice was halted and everyone gathered around to watch the two of them box. The dispute was thus settled quickly and efficiently. I had a crusty old Phys Ed teacher who had been a D-Day paratrooper at Normandy. I remember him explaining to us that was how he had resolved disputes in his class for decades, with two pairs of boxing gloves. He was mad when the school board made him quit.

And that all ties back to the original topic of this very old thread. Boys fight to resolve disputes. Our modern bias against fighting only serves to prolong those disputes. At least, so says the fight promoter
