I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

I'm thinking of getting these. They seem A LOT more convenient than having 30+ other dumbbells.

Anyone have experience with these?

What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.

You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

are those the ones that adjust from 5 lbs to 50?? I got those for Christmas. They are extremely convenient until you get too strong for them.

I love 'em man, but for benching and other heavy lifting excersizes, you are going to need a barbell with some weights or something cause they just don't cut it. Still, it is the best product that bowflex ever made.

Twist the dial to select how much weight you want on the dumbell. It clicks to lock in each time you pass something. Line it up, pull out, and it takes however much weight you wanted with it. 5, 7.5, 10, 12.5, 15, 17.5, 20, 22.5, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 52.5 are the weights you can select.
