Smartass, i know what it does. 1 of the guys bought it for me but he didnt exactly read everything bout it. look i just wanted to know if it would cause any harm or anything if i do use it. Cus it said "not intend for use by person under 18" So ur sayin its ok to use it even tho am not 18?(just want some quick info here)

no him asking the side effects does not make him not understand what creatine does, it means he doesnt know what the risks are. its that simple. there is a great, i mean ****ing great article on bb.com about creatine, how to take it etc. look at that over anything here says. good luck, get big.
