Most guys accidentally kill attraction before they even speak. They assume they need a bigger bank account, a better physique, or smoother lines. They miss the point.
Female desire operates on a specific set of psychological triggers. Break them, and you're invisible. Follow them, and you become magnetic.
I learned this the hard way. Years of freezing up. Getting friend-zoned. Watching other guys walk away with the girl I wanted. Then I discovered a set of 22 simple rules that rewired my entire approach.
i already have, just need some more specif ones.Originally posted by ScrewIt
there are tons of at home ab exercises you can do, do some research.
What happens, IN HER MIND, is that she comes to see you as WORTHLESS simply because she hasn't had to INVEST anything in you in order to get you or to keep you.
You were an interesting diversion while she had nothing else to do. But now that someone a little more valuable has come along, someone who expects her to treat him very well, she'll have no problem at all dropping you or demoting you to lowly "friendship" status.

really? i wouldn't of said i have any fat there, i can't really pinch at any.Originally posted by doctoroxygen
If you can clearly see the top part of the muscle but the bottom is lacking, then you need to lose some fat. There's no way to target one part of a muscle; the rectus abdominus is no different.
I know what you mean, I'm pretty trim myself and I still have a hard time with the lower part of the abs. But the kind of BF levels you need to really see them are in the 8% range, which is bordering on superhuman.Originally posted by Not Quite There

the one thing i was thinking, is thats where your stomach and bladder are down there, so it seems as if they push the abs out????
There is only one muscle, the rectus abdominus.Originally posted by gav

there are two different abs groups that require two different exercises. the upper abs are worked through situps. the lower ones through leg raises
I take it that you have fat still hanging around the lower ab part of your body. Exercising it will do absolutely nothing to make that part of your abs show. It has more to do with your diet and giving your body time to lose the fat around that region. In most people, that area is the last to go.Originally posted by Not Quite There
