Okay, Ive always been the guy who never discusses his problems unless he absolutely has too...
As of late ive been seeing an LDR LTR, which is stressful. Ive been dealing with parents on the verge of Divorce and being constantly in the middle of it. Trying to get myself back on my feet and a whole boat load of other things I dont want to waste your time with.
This morning, around 5 I had a dream the roof was falling and you know what I did? I ****ing slept walk! Full out sprung out of bed, put my blanket over my head, ran into my closet door knocking my head and proceeded entering the kitchen where an individual was getting ready to go to work. They asked me what was wrong and I said I was hungover.. but I didnt even drink. I then walked back to the room.
I thought I had dreamt this until I called the person and asked. They said it looked like I was sleep walking. Seriously.. Ive never slept walked in my life.
Should I find someone to talk to about all this or should I find a way to vent? Seeing a psychiatrist is out of the question, Id never pay someone to hear my life story.
