Alright guys. I'm not going to make you guys set goals (IE saying hi to 10 girls, getting 5 numbers, etc). You guys can go as fast (or as slow) as you want. Week 1 might take you 1 month, it really doesn't matter aslong as you implement what you learn. Cramias made a really good post about frames, I won't go into it here but if you'd like to read the post (and I suggest you do, as it's going to BOOST your game instantly) you can find it here:

Unlike other bootcamps, I'm going to be giving you several different options as to what you want to do. You can complete one, some, or even all of them if you are up for a good challenge.
Approach Anxiety
Alright, what is Approach Anxiety (or FMR - First Minute Resistance)? Approach Anxiety is that nervousness / anxiety you feel when you know you are going to approach.
The best way to deal with it is to use the 3-second rule. As I am sure most of you are familiar with it, I won't go into the specifics, just know you should see your target and approach (ideally, the 3 second rule doesn't mean WAIT 3 seconds, it's just such a short limitation that you are practically approaching immediately). If you guys would like me to go more into WHY you should use the 3 second rule, please let me know and I will post some valuable information on it.
Approach Anxiety is NATURAL. The best PUA's still get it. There are really 3 ways to deal with this pressure.
1. Familiarize yourself with your surroundings.
Remember your first day of High School as a freshman? For most of you, that was probably a VERY new environment for you (unless you had some activity there or something). After a while though, especially when you are a senior, you become more accustomed to it. After a while, you will believe that you are the OWNER / MASTER / what-have-you of the school.
My perfect example is the gym I go to. When I first started going, I saw all these strong moaning steroid guys there lifting weights. I've been a member for about 1 1/2 years and go 4-5 times a week. When I enter the gym, I feel like it belongs to me.
So familiarize yourself with unknown areas in which you are going to be approaching women. Even if you don't like clubs / bars / streets / malls, go there anyways, because that is probably where you are going to be going to meet women.
2. Having competence.
Confidence is nice, but competence is better. If you were about to fly a 747, would you prefer feeling confident with no idea how to fly one? Or would you prefer the skillset to know how to fly one, and have a healthy fear of flying?
Learn as much as you can, and apply it to your game.
3. Continued Volley.
Just thought up of this term. Continued Volley is after you've opened (most likely won't matter if you had good or bad sets) several sets and approach anxiety starts to be less noticeable. This is NOT permanent. It is temporary. Once you've opened 3-4 sets your following sets should be anxiety free to open. Continued Volley can also be experienced just after the first set. Some other conditions include after being AMOGed. The best way to explain this is an adrenaline rush, a burst of motivation.
These 3 things will help with Approach Anxiety.

Activities For Week 1.
Just some easy social interactions you can do that step away from the norm.
A ) Hotlines / Phonebook Games:
Call in to any hotline and just talk to the people there. These people are PAYED to talk to you. Ask them questions about whatever. You can also play with telemarketers, when they call, ask them some really though questions about whatever junk it is they are trying to sell you. Call up people in your phonebookand ask them for food and movie recommendations.
B ) Get a social job:
A waiter is good, any job you have to talk to people OFTEN, front desk people anywhere. I would suggest a front desk at a gym, because you get to see really hott athletic chicks, most likely a free gym membership, and it's a social job. Try community service, looks good on college / job applications and it's low stress / rewarding and you can meet people. Try to get a job where you work with people around your age in which you can talk with them.
C) Wear something crazy:
Go to some outfit store and buy something really weird. Maybe start off slow with a funky top hat. This is a good way to start peacocking. The whole idea of this is to just become comfortable in socially pressured environments. The dude who walks around wearing a hot dog costume all day isn't self concious about what he is wearing. Although he probably hates his job, he really doesn't care that he has to wear the hot dog outfit.
Here is Mystery in his peacock attire.

You may not want to necessarily walk around like this while approaching, unless you have really tight game.
In the book, "The Game", one of the mPUA's said he walked around in some chicken outfit with a dildo strapped to his head for 3 months (something like that) He said he never felt public humiliation again.
D) Approach a group of girls and say, "Hey, I'm doing an expirement so I can get over my fear of approaching women, thank you for particapating and have a nice day". They will either crack up laughing or look at you oddly. If you think you are in a learning mood, and they had a good reaction, start off a conversation, otherwise you can just eject.
E) Say hi to anyone who passes by you.
F) Make and Hold eye contact with anyone. Make them SUBMIT to you! Make them look away first! This is empowering, especially if it's some SMOKING hott chick and she looks away.
That's is it for Week 1. Week 2 we will be talking about characteristics of an alpha male, opening a set, body language.
