"The Kiss of Death Mistake"

You replay the conversation at 2 a.m. She texted back fast yesterday. Today, nothing. Was that smile friendly or flirty? What did the shoulder touch mean?

Every hour you spend decoding her signals drains your confidence and hands her the controls. Women can sense that insecurity from across the room — and it repels them.

One of the "22 Rules" kills the obsession on the spot: assume she likes you, and act accordingly. Sounds too simple. Works anyway.

Her interest tends to rise to meet your expectations. Psychologists call it a self-fulfilling prophecy.

WEEK 1 DAY 1

Dear friends!

I am proud to say that I had decided and committed to become a Don Juan. And it’s motivating to see the positive changes in the members who are committed to take care of this area of their lives. This community is really an inspiration.

Today’s the first day of my Don Juan Boot Camp, today’s the first day that I’ll start my first eye-contact experiment session and today’s the first day of my journey, a journey I’m certain that I’ll look back one day and be grateful and proud that I took this step.

"She Made Her Decision Before You Finished Your Sentence"

Three seconds. That's how long it took. Your shoes. Your posture. The way you held your drink. Whether you looked at the floor or looked at her.

She already filed you away. Interesting. Boring. Safe. Bold. Before you even opened your mouth.

Everything you say after that is just her confirming what she already decided.

So stop rehearsing lines. Fix the first three seconds. Stand tall. Look up. Smile like you mean it. Walk like you belong wherever you're standing.

The words come later. The impression comes first.

WEEK 1 DAY 2

The eye contact experiment turns out to be a fun exercise, not quite as difficult as I thought. I managed to maintain solid eye contact with most of the HBs I came across today. And the SURPRISING thing was THEY shy away.

During the entire exercise, however, there was one thing that I find particularly helpful. I was smiling to all the chics that I maintained eye contact with. I find the act of smiling helps a lot in terms of making me feel playful and relax. The body does affect the mind. If you consciously act in a playful and relax manner for long enough, you’ll find yourself to be in a totally relax and playful state.

I’m not quite sure what other factors that helped me to be so in the zone and relaxed when I was doing the exercise, probably because of the music or the **** load of endorphin that I get from my work out. Whatever it is, I’m doing something really right.

I will call it a day for now, and we’ll see what’s in store for me tomorrow.

WEEK 1 DAY 3

I find it a lil more challenging to carry out the excercise today. For some reason, many AFC thoughts just creep into my mind. However, I still managed to partially complete my eye-contact excercise with quite a bit of difficulty.

I'm certain that I'll do a lot better tomorrow.

WEEK 1 DAY 4

The eye contact exercise now comes natural to me. In fact, I have a habit of always maintaining a lil longer eye contact with any cute chics I see.

WEEK 1 DAY 5

I still find it challenging to get myself started to say hi to the chics I see. It sounds so easy, but actually quite difficult to pull off. I guess the transformation from an AFC to a Don Juan is like working out. I simply cannot expect the Don Juan muscles that you rarely to lift as much weight as the people who had been lifting religiously. So, I'll head up and start the "hi" thing going. It's all about incremental increase. One step at a time.

"The Coffee Shop Girl You Never Spoke To"

You've replayed it a hundred times. She stood three feet away, scrolling her phone. You had an opening. You composed the perfect line — after she was gone.

For all you know, she's married now. To some guy who said something. Anything.

Openers are cheap. Almost any sentence works when it's delivered within three seconds. The expensive part is the standing there, drafting and deleting, while the window quietly closes.

The "22 Rules" stripped out my hesitation. What to open with, how to keep it alive, and the one habit that costs guys more women than anything else: waiting for perfect.

WEEK 1 DAY 6 - Part I

I FINALLY SAID MY FIRST 'HI' TO A HB7.5. I'm feeling incredible right now. Although I'm really with the eye contact exercise, saying 'hi' after initiating is quite challenging.

I have a question, do you guys just say hi to girls walking alone or in group too? If so, do you just say hi to the target or acknowledging the group too?

WEEK 1 DAY 7

I had accomplished 2 'hi' so far. I will keep on doing what I'm doing until I get 50 'hi'. I don't care how long it takes, I'll stick with it and do whatever it's necessary to make it happen. Then and only then, I'll move to WEEK 2.

WEEK 1 DAY 18

Proud to say that I accomplished 3 more 'hi's. THAT'S A TOTAL OF 5. Although it seems like I'm hitting rock bottom by looking at the speed of my progress, remember, THE GREATEST THING ABOUT HITTING ROCK BOTTOM IS THAT EVERY STEP THAT I TAKE FROM NOW ON, IS A STEP UPWARD. :-D Thanks The_Shezzler for your encouragement, now let's get to the door step again...

Keep at it young one. You have the right attitude. When you feel down, just pick yourself back up. You are doing fine.

WEEK 1 DAY 20

2 more 'hi's, that's a TOTAL OF 7 'hi's, which means 3 more to double digits :-D SWEET!!!

"I just moved here from Florida."

That sentence contains at least five follow-up questions she WANTS you to ask. Where in Florida? What brought you here? How long have you been in the area? What do you miss? How does it compare to here?

She handed them to you on a silver platter. And you said, "Oh cool. I come here every week. I love this band. Ummm... pretty crowded tonight."

She smiled politely. Nodded. And never texted you back.

I was that guy for years. Talking too much. Listening too little. Panicking about my next sentence while she was literally feeding me the answers.

Then I found 22 rules that fixed the whole thing. Rule number one: shut up and listen. She'll tell you exactly what to say.

This is kinda goiing real slow lol. By time you finish the bootcamp it would have done been 5 years and some hb3 would have married you alrdy.

But on the real note what you should do is go shopping down town and just make eye contact and say hi as your moving around.

goodluck on your bootcamp and don't give up after week 3.

Don't overanalyze things so soon, short answer: Whichever you want to do, but, you're a budding dj and the undertanding of these answers will come to you with experience........I find that alot of the experiences I had from bootcamp were purely experimental and you will soon learn how to view things from a learning perspective rather than a judgemental perspective.

You're doing great man, keeping that desire is THE most important part.......like Tinkerbell says, "Think happy thoughts" and you can learn to fly
