“The 22 Psychological Triggers That Make Women Chase You… Starting Tonight”

Forget the cash, the cars, and the chiseled jawlines. Female desire operates on a completely different frequency. Primal. Subconscious. Triggers that bypass her logic and hit her on a gut level. Most guys are totally blind to them.

I know because I was one of them. The overthinking. The paralysis. The silent drive home kicking yourself for freezing up. Watching average guys walk away with the girl while you stood there stuck in your own head.

Then I decoded the psychology behind what actually makes women tick. 22 hard rules.  Subtle behavioral shifts that rewired my entire reality. The anxiety evaporated. Women started leaning in. Investing. Chasing.

So, I've been consuming a lot of boneless chicken breast in the last month or two because of the lovely protein in it and the fact that it's so nice and lean, but this weekend I saw some boneless thighs.

Now, the cost of the boneless chicken breast is ridiculous at some places, but is it worth it to consume this more than the thighs?

I've read several articles stating that although chicken breast is leaner and has less fat, overall, the differences are negligible. Are you guys strictly on boneless and skinless breasts or do you mix it up with thighs every once in a while?

I want what's best for me, but I also want something cost-effective at the same time.

I tried looking for more articles about it but was hard-pressed to find anything other than recipes for making both.

Yep, what Espi said. Don't think about it too much.

IMO it's good to mix it up too.

Sometimes I just buy a whole chicken, stuff it, and bake it. mmm

I'll switch it up then. Chicken is pretty much the main staple of my diet but the prices seem to fluctuate so much. I'm always out looking for a most excellent sale on boneless/skinless.

That George Foreman Grill will get many uses! Some nice grilled breast with green beans!!! THE BEST.

Quiksilver, I'm definitely going to try that.

Thanks for the advice.

One way to help cook the breast is equal to his first book. Put in a zipper bag or cover with a durable plastic very gently pound the thicker side of the chest that tightens around the same thickness as the thinnest part of the chest. But now the network thickness is more uniform, pieces of leather.
